What we collect

Your email address, to create your account, send receipts and send sign-in links.
Your form designs and the public ID of each Google Form you brand.
Purchase records from Stripe: amount, date and Stripe session ID. Stripe handles your card. We never see or store card numbers.
Submission counts per form per day, so you can see how many responses came in.

What we never store

Answers people type into your forms. They pass through Form Matcher on their way to your Google Form and are not saved, logged or read by us. We don't store respondents' IP addresses.

Who helps us run Form Matcher

Google Forms receives your respondents' answers, under your Google account.
Stripe processes payments.
Resend sends our emails.
Cloudflare hosts the site and database.
Google Analytics measures visits to formmatcher.com pages. It does not run inside the forms you embed on your site or on share pages.

Cookies

We set one cookie to keep you signed in. Google Analytics sets its own cookies on formmatcher.com pages. Forms embedded on your website set no cookies.

Your choices

Ask us through the support form to see or delete your data. Deleting your account takes your branded forms offline. Your Google Form and its responses stay in your Google account.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update this page and the date at the top.
