Form Matcher › Remove Jotform branding

How to remove Jotform branding

The free Jotform plan adds "Powered by Jotform" to your forms. Here is how to remove it, what that costs, and another way to get a fully branded form without a monthly bill.

Remove "Powered by Jotform" on a paid plan

Jotform only lets you remove its branding on a paid plan. After you upgrade:

  1. In your Jotform workspace, click your profile picture in the top right.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. In the Jotform Branding section, turn off the option that shows "Powered by Jotform" on your forms.

The branding stays on after you upgrade until you switch it off yourself. Autoresponder emails you set up before upgrading can still carry Jotform text, so open each form's email settings and check those too.

What it costs

As of October 2026, Jotform's free Starter plan shows its branding and is limited to 5 forms and 100 submissions a month. Paid plans that remove the branding start at about $34 USD a month with annual billing, and each paid tier caps monthly submissions. Check jotform.com/pricing for current prices.

A one-time alternative: Google Forms + Form Matcher

If you mainly need a clean, branded form for contact requests, bookings, sign-ups or surveys, you can build it in Google Forms for free and brand it with Form Matcher:

  • $10 USD once per form. No subscription.
  • No response limits. 10 or 100,000 responses, same price.
  • No Form Matcher or Google branding on the form. Your logo, fonts and colors instead.
  • Responses go to your Google Sheet, which most teams already use.
  • One line of code to embed it on any website, plus a share link.

When Jotform is the better fit

Jotform does things Google Forms doesn't, like built-in payments, file uploads without a Google sign-in, e-signatures and many templates and integrations. If you rely on those, paying for Jotform to remove the branding makes sense. If you just need a good-looking form that matches your site, the $10 route is far cheaper over a year.

Moving a form from Jotform to Google Forms

  1. Recreate your questions in Google Forms. Short answer, paragraph, multiple choice, checkboxes, dropdowns, scales, grids, dates and times all carry over.
  2. In Google Forms, open Responses and link a Google Sheet so answers land in a spreadsheet.
  3. Paste the form link and your website into Form Matcher, click Match my brand, and adjust the design.
  4. Publish for $10 USD and replace the Jotform embed on your site with the Form Matcher code.

Jotform is a trademark of Jotform Inc. Form Matcher is not affiliated with Jotform or Google.

Try it on your form. Paste your Google Form link and website. Preview free, then $10 USD once, no response limits.

Common questions

Is there a limit on responses?

No. There are no response limits, tiers or overage fees. A form that gets 10 responses a month and one that gets 100,000 both cost $10 USD, once.

Where do my responses go?

Straight to your Google Form and its linked Google Sheet, the same place they go today. We never store what people write. We only count submissions so you can see how many came in.

Which question types are supported?

Short answer, paragraph, multiple choice, checkboxes, dropdown, linear scale, rating, multiple choice grid, checkbox grid, date, time, and forms with several sections. File-upload questions need a Google sign-in, so they are not supported.

How do I embed a Google Form on my website?

Copy the one-line embed code from Form Matcher and paste it where you want the form. It works on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, Shopify, Framer, Carrd and any site that lets you add HTML. There is no iframe, so the form sizes itself to fit.

Can I remove Jotform branding for free?

No. Jotform only lets you turn off "Powered by Jotform" on a paid plan. On the free plan the branding stays.

Is Form Matcher a Jotform replacement?

For branded contact, booking, sign-up and survey forms, yes, and it costs $10 USD once per form. It works with Google Forms, so it doesn't offer Jotform features like built-in payments or file uploads.
