The deal

Each purchase brands one Google Form for $10 USD, paid once. There are no response limits and no subscription. Design edits are free. Branding a different Google Form is a new purchase.

Your forms

You own your forms and your responses. You're responsible for what your forms ask for and for following the law and Google's terms when you collect it. Don't use Form Matcher to collect passwords, payment card numbers or other credentials, to impersonate anyone, or for spam, scams or anything illegal. We may take down forms that do.

Google Forms

Form Matcher works with public Google Forms but is not made by, endorsed by or affiliated with Google. If Google changes how forms work, we'll do our best to keep your forms working, but we can't promise it.

Refunds

If Form Matcher doesn't work with your form, contact us through the support form within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you.

Availability

We work hard to keep forms online, but Form Matcher is provided as is, without warranties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the form involved.
